Spectre is a pure white mascara that turns the lashes ghostly from root to tip. Wear it alone for a stark, otherworldly look or use it beneath another Chroma Veil shade to create a pale base that can help brighter colours appear clearer and more vivid.
The water-based formula coats and defines the lashes with buildable white colour. One layer leaves a softer frost across the lashes; additional thin coats create a brighter, more opaque white effect.
Wear Spectre with monochromatic makeup, pale brows, bleached-out looks or full gothic excess. For coloured lashes, allow the white layer to settle before applying your chosen Chroma Veil shade over the top.

How to Apply
Sweep from root to tip in smooth strokes. Build in thin layers for a brighter, more opaque white finish.
