Returns Policy

  1. All items are sent via recorded delivery and I will provide a tracking number via email when your order has shipped (please ensure you have given the correct email information when you order) . Should your item get lost or damaged in transit I will happily replace this for you and lodge a claim with Royal Mail.
  2. If you are not in when your item is delivered, you do not collect it from the sorting office and your parcel is returned to me you will be charged the full postal price to have it sent back out to you. If not your order will be refunded minus the postage and a 20% restock fee.
  3. If you have provided incorrect address details and your order is shipped to an incorrect address we will not refund/replace the items. You are responsible for giving the correct shipping information and we cannot check up on then address of every order.
  4. Refunds will be offered if the goods you received are faulty or incorrect only.
  5. Refunds will only be made via the original way you purchased ( if you paid via PayPal you will be refunded via paypal etc)- Therefore if you have paid via a one use credit card please retain your card until you have received your order and are happy with your purchase. 
  6. ​Overseas postage does not include customs fee's - you are responsible for paying any fees incurred.
  7. Refunds will not be given if items are returned and show signs of unreasonable use, Items must be in their original unopened packaging. If this is not the case you will either be offered a partial refund or can arrange for the goods to be sent back to you but you will be asked to pay shipping.Items Must be returned in the condition they arrived in - in the original box in the original packaging.If sending back from Overseas this must be clearly marked as a return for customs purposes.

  10. This policy is only applicable to items bought through the ve-cosmetics website. If you have purchased items via another vendor please contact the vendor for their refund policy.
  11. VE Cosmetics are not responsible for any charges by your payment provider when you pay for your order. Orders must be paid for in GBP & if for any reason you order is refunded we cannot refund any charges in respect to currency conversion. 
  12. If you have chosen a refund for your returned product, we will process the calculated refund within fourteen (14) days of receiving your returned goods provided that you have returned the goods to us in their original condition.
  13. Orders can be cancelled using the contact button or via email ( with your order number and name as reference) .You will receive a full refund MINUS paypal/credit card fees that have been charged as these vendors no longer refund fees if your order has not yet shipped.
  14. If your order has already shipped & you request a cancellation you will be responsible for return postage and returning items in the condition they were posted out in - you will not be refunded for the original postage or return postage if your item has shipped.
