1. Apply a thin layer of Occultum Seal Gel Primer or a VE tacky base.

2. While still tacky, press Nebula Sapphire onto the skin using a fingertip or flat brush.

4. For maximum contrast, apply over Akashic (black) base

Without a binding base, fallout and fading will occur.

Due to the high pigment concentration, blue-based shades like Nebula Sapphire may cause temporary staining on some skin tones. This is normal with intense loose colour products and will fade after cleansing.

An oil-based cleanser is recommended for removal.
