A Founder Moment: Being Named in the F-Entrepreneur Top 100 for 2026

There are some moments in business that arrive loudly, like new products launches and awards nights.

And then there are the quieter ones.The ones that land in your inbox on an ordinary, freezing January morning, just before the school run, and make you stop for a second and think "I am being seen and this does matter"

I’m incredibly honoured to share that I’ve been named as part of the F-Entrepreneur Top 100 for 2026, a campaign celebrating 100 inspirational businesswomen from across the UK.

What is the F-Entrepreneur 100?

The F-Entrepreneur campaign is led by Small Business Britain and exists to celebrate, support, and amplify female led businesses particularly those building something meaningful, resilient, and different.

The Top 100 recognises women from across the UK who are growing businesses while navigating the very real, very human realities that come with it: family life, health, finances, self-doubt, and the constant act of balancing it all.

A “me” win  and why that’s also a VE win

This recognition isn’t a product award,It’s not about sales figures or launches,It’s about the person behind the scenes.

And while this is technically a personal recognition, VE Cosmetics has never existed separately from the human who built it. This brand was created during nap times, late nights, moments of exhaustion, stubborn belief, and a refusal to compromise on ethics, even when that meant slower growth or harder choices.

So yes, technically this is a Lynsey win but it’s also a VE win because founders and their businesses don’t exist in isolation.

I’m deeply grateful to Small Business Britain and the F-Entrepreneur campaign for recognising women who don’t always fit the traditional mould of what leadership looks like.

And I’m endlessly grateful to our community, our customers, supporters, fellow founders  who show up, cheer us on, and allow small, independent brands like VE Cosmetics to exist and grow.
